• If your tracking shows Delivered but your package is missing, first check with neighbors, your building office, or your local carrier facility.
• If your package appears lost in transit (no carrier movement for 5+ business days), contact us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
• If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or store credit.
