• You will always remain present and attentive while your baby is using the Sipee Sip feeding pillow.
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring the product is used safely, correctly, and in a manner appropriate for your child's age, size, and developmental stage.

• You will discontinue use immediately and contact us if the product shows any signs of damage, wear, or defect.

Due to the nature of our products — which come into contact with infants — Sipee Sip accepts returns on unused, unwashed, and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
